It’s a marinade….

3 TBSP brown sugar
3 TBSP apple juice
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dijon mustard (I didn’t have this so I used spicy brown and it worked great)
1/2 tsp salt (I used kosher)
1/2 tsp black pepper

Put all of the above into a bowl and mix well. Add to pork chops in a plastic bag and marinate (I did for 2 hours….longer would have been better). Cook however you normally would (I baked in a 350 oven for an hour since I was also roasting sweet potatoes).
