1-1.5lbs ground beef
1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies
mashed potatoes (I’m a snob for homemade, but Bob Evans brand works great, too)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown ground beef with a few dashed of Wor. sauce and a few sprinkles of grill seasoning. Drain, then return to pan, mix in cream of mushroom soup and warm through.
Put ground beef mixture in a casserole dish, layer on the veggies and top with mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
