1 lb breakfast pork chops
4 oz mushrooms
1 box original flavor long grain rice (like uncle bens)
1 can golden mushroom soup (or cream of mushroom if you cannot find this)
Cook the rice as directed. Mix cooked rice with soup and mushrooms. Pour in casserole dish and put pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 30. You may have to cook a little longer just make sure the chops are done.
