Cake:

COMBINE

2 C flour

2 C sugar

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

MIX then add

1 1/2 C vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

fold in peeled and grated carrots (6 large, about 3 C)

bake at 350′ for 30 minutes (large sheet pan)

Frosting:

1 box powdered sugar

1 stick butter (room temp)

1 slab cream cheese (room temp)

2 tsp vanilla
