cut up 3 raw chicken breasts into small pieces.

in a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of milk, 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, and 1 cup uncooked long grain and brown rice.

Pour the mix into a baking pan.

Add chicken pieces.

Sprinkle a packet of onion soup mix over it.

Cover with foil.

Bake for 90 mins (or until rice is cooked), taking it out to stir every 30 mins.

Uncover and bake for 15 mins to brown it.

It’s also good to add broccoli, but I haven’t tried that yet.
