* 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
* 1 Tbsp. Promise® Buttery Spread
* 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
* 2 tsp. pure maple or pancake syrup

In medium saucepan, add carrots and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

In same saucepan, toss carrots with remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
