~2 jars roasted red peppers, drained
~1 tablespoon minced garlic
~1 cup chicken stock
~1 cup heavy cream
~1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
~1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Smoked Gouda cheese
Blend red peppers in the blender until just slightly chunky. Then, in pan, combine blended peppers, chicken stock, heavy cream, hot sauce and parmesan. Simmer for about 15 minutes or so. Add a little flour at a time to thicken it up as needed. Right before serving, shave some smoked gouda cheese and stir in gently, and then top each bowl with the smoked gouda.
