1 – 14-15 oz. can of cream corn
1 – 16 oz. bag frozen corn
1 stick of melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy type corn bread mix

Spray a 1-1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, mix all above ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes uncovered.

OR – Place all ingredients in greased crock pot, cover, and cook on low for at least 4 hours.
