– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup sour cream (low fat doesn’t affect the taste at all)
– 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers (optional but really adds a nice flavor)
– Egg noodles or fettucine
Boil a pot of water and cook pasta. Meanwhile, cook beef thoroughly and drain fat; I usually season mine with some garlic powder as well. If using, stir in green peppers and cook for a minute or so. Slowly stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well, then heat through.
Serve over noodles.
