4 eggs

1 cup salad oil

2 cups sugar

1 15 oz. can of pumpkin

Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.

2 cups flour

2 tea. cinnamon

2 tea. pumpkin pie spice ( 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. allspice)

2 tea. baking powder

1 tea. baking soda

½ tea. salt

Sift the above ingredients together and add to the pumpkin mixture.

Mix well and pour into a greased and flowered 12x18x1 sheet cake pan.

Bake at 350˚ for 25-30 minutes. Do not over bake.

Frosting

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

¾ stick of butter

1 Tbsp. cream or milk

1 tsp. vanilla

4 c. powdered sugar (can use as little as 2cups, depends on how fluffy or creamy you like)

Beat cheese, butter, vanilla and cream till soft. Add sugar and cream till fluffy. Frost on cool cake. Sprinkle with colored sugar sprinkles.
