1 box german choc cake mix
1 jar caramel sauce
1 cup choc chips
1 cup chopped nuts

make cake according to package directions. pour half the batter in a 9×13 pan. bake until toothpick comes out clean (~20 min i think). pour caramel sauce over cake, sprinkle on choc chips and nuts. pour the rest of the cake batter over, and bake until set.
