CRUST: 1 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1cup walnuts (chopped fine)
Mix and press in 13×9 inch pan.
Bake at 350′ for 15 to 20 minutes. (until lightly brown)
Second layer:
Mix together 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Than fold in 1 1/2 of
9 oz Cool Whip, mix together, and pour on cooled crust.
Third Layer:
Beat until thick: 3 (3 oz.) pkgs. Pistachio instant pudding
and 4 1/2 cup cold milk Pour on top of 2nd layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
