Club Crackers
1 C (light brown or white) sugar
1 C butter (2 sticks)
12 oz bag chocolate chips
nuts (optional)

– Line a 9 x 13 cookie sheet with foil, coat with cooking spray
– Place a single layer of Club crackers on the cookie sheet
– Bring butter and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly
– Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly
– Bake for 10 minutes at 350′
– Remove and immediately sprinkle on chocolate chips, wait
– Once they are melty, spread evenly with spatula
– Add nuts (optional)
– Freeze (overnight)
– Break apart, pull off foil and you’re done!
